Bought a car at McCarthy's about 4 months ago that had new windshield wipers installed. On a trip back from Kansas City one of the newly installed wipers simply fell off. I went back to McCarthy's and explained what happened and was delighted when they replace not just the one that fell off, but both wipers. A plus service.

The staff at McCarthy Subaru Service was excellent! They were able to get my vehicle in quickly after I noticed some issues on the highway. Then they were able to work with me and my budget to get the necessary repairs done. I appreciate all the service staff for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.

Recently took my car in for a recall. I was able to set it up an appointment no problem at a convenient time. I dropped my car off the night before, got a quick video showing me the work they were doing. It was done on time with no problems at all. Stop by today and took the test drive in the new electric Subaru. Pretty cool car. It's a really nice car it's odd to drive an electric vehicle but it's certainly has some really good pickup in a surprisingly nice ride. A lot more Nimble than I expected.

McCarthy Subaru service center is amazing. I have used them several times on many different vehicles. The maintenance or repair is always done in a timely fashion. The pricing for all services is amazing, and their staff is easy to work with. I'd highly recommend McCarthy Subaru in Lawrence, KS!

McCarthy Subaru has a fantastic service department. The advisors and Service Manager are friendly and always willing to help out. They are able to get me in quickly for appointments and keep me updated when car is in shop. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this service center.
