This team is always so friendly, thoughtful and as advertised it feels like they “talk straight” with me. I have little to no knowledge about my cars inner working and honestly don’t want to know. I am an A to B driver and this team understands that and gets what I need done without doing more. Always a positive experience for whatever I’ve got going on.

Emily does an awesome job making sure that my odd requests for racing wheels/tyres get taken care of properly. Really appreciate this shop, always turns my wheel mounting orders around same day without any extra headaches. Techs always do a clean job installing tyres. Thanks!

Very helpful and great customer service! The man that was helping me, kept me update with my car and letting me know other problems wrong with it and sent me with a list of the problems, forgot his name. He was patient with me through it all. I will be going back to get more service done!!

Big O Tires has been my go-to place for 10 years now! They’ve always been honest and forthright about what was going on with my vehicles, never tried to sell me something I didn’t need or talk me into something I wasn’t comfortable with/not sure about. And on top of all that, they have always been very nice and easy to work with. I will always take any vehicle I have to Big O!
