They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the appointment:
I went in for a trouble code for underboost and misfire on a cylinder. Mechanic said it needed an engine which I declined. They then shoved the vehicle out the door without reconnecting the IAT sensor. Plus did not tighten the clamps holding the intake to the turbo and the airbox where the filter is at. Finally they left the evaporative emissions unbolted from the intake. The bolt was found on the cowling for the vehicle.

The whole thing started out great, I turned my truck in after hitting a deer. Everything was going well until they refused to install the aftermarket bumer and grill guard. I told them from the beginning that I wanted a particular part installed. After they started the other work that needed to be done, I was informed that they didn't feel comfortable installing the item. They tried to sublet it to a different company that was going to charge me $600 to install. I said no. I called my insurance company and explained everything. So now I have my bumper and grill guard in the bed of my truck, waiting for my mechanic to install it! I've been here before and received great service, but I will never go back!
Zeck ford's salespeople, Nicole and Jayden, helped me with the online purchase of a van for our business. They were timely, polite and helpful. The entire process was seamless and pain free. I would highly recommend.
