Technicians are dirty. Has happened several times. Dirty Oily Greasy handprints left on Hood, Doors Steering Wheel and shifter. Also no reason why it would take 2hrs for an oil change. Zeck Ford has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Will not be back for purchase, service or quick lane.

Had an 8 am appointment for my vehicle on 9/22. I dropped it off, they took care of a recall but as of 9/25 they hadn't actually worked on it, and said it could still be a few business days. No thanks. What's the point in having an appointment?
Really great service! My 1999 7.3l diesel F350 was leaking oil around the oil pan, and I took it in to ascertain the source of the leak. The service advisor escorted me into the service bay where the mechanic provided a detailed explanation of the problem, explained that this could be a very expensive repair, and advised me of lower-cost repair options. I really appreciate the service advisor’s and mechanic’s expertise and customer-focused attitude, and they reinforced the trust and confidence that this dealership has earned with me over the last 25 years. Zeck Ford is obviously very experienced and efficient at providing top-notch customer service!
