There is a reason why it is a third party dealership. From the time you purchase your vehicle, and proper service needed to legalize your vehicle, they do less then the bar. Don’t expect a phone call when you are expecting something you consider important to get an update. You deserve better.
The finance guy is a textbook shady “used car salesman” but not very good at it. His attempts to sell me on an extended warranty were pathetic, and when it came to negotiating fees, he put his ego above future business with me. However, my actual salesman, Kellen?, did a great job, and I’m quite happy with my purchase. I won’t be back though, due to the sad selling tactics of the finance guy.

I have always liked this dealership. I have bought 4 cars from them. My latest was March. Here is my thought now. Are they selling my info? I am getting bombarded from extended warranty companies on my latest purchase. Never had that happen before on any vehicle I ever bought. How else could these companies find out I just bought a vehicle?
I love how nice and caring everyone is. They got the parts in and got my van done. Everyone treats us like family every time we come in there
I’ve bought two cars from this dealership. Every encounter is always stress free and easy!!! I get my vehicles serviced here too. Always great communication and feedback.
