Overall their sevice department was easy to work with. They worked with our warranty company to get the repairs approved. The repairs were done quickly and the work was solid.

Topeka Hoffer, I'd leave a zero star if I could. Long story short, I had one of my Jeeps dropped off for repair and was treated like I didn't belong there. Roger was an absolute jerk. Scoffed and almost laughed at me and made me feel like my vehicle wasn't good enough to be there because it's older and has some front end damage. After 10 days of sitting there no one had any idea of what was going on and no one had even touched it yet I talked to 2 people about it. 10 days and not even an evaluation or diagnostic check. Absolutely horrible service. I will never go back. I had it picked up and taken to another shop where they've already started work on it same day and their customer service is awesome. Thanks for wasting my time Hoffer.

Our shop has been very busy and our master techs have been trying to keep up on demand for many engine and transmission jobs that have been coming in this 1st part of the year. Hope your Jeeps repair has been completed elsewhere and sorry for any inconvenience.

I do not recommend this dealership. Very racist behavior from management. I was actually buying the car in full. Did not allow me to test drive the vehicle. I’m not going to get a cashiers check if I don’t like what I’m driving. I will be going to Hollywood Florida for vehicle purchase.

We just do not allow our staff to let anyone that walks to our dealership without owning/driving a current vehicle and want to purchase a $10K truck but also ask to drive a $50K Jeep to take by himself. It doesn't matter whom the individual is we treat everyone the same here. Sorry for the inconvenience.
