I use to do business here til I walked in on my wife being treated like $h!+. So we drove to Kansas city where we saved about 3k for the same exact year, model, and mileage 1000 less. We ever got the payments we wanted and it a 5yr loan instead of a 7. The employee here at hoffers dared to act all offended, when he was the one that wouldn't work with us. So I guess the Hoffer offer is to bend over. Plus everything on their lot has a minimum of 500 over blue book price. We are now going to do services else where aswell. Disrespect towards my wife was uncalled for. It's worth driving to KC or even Omaha Nebraska if you can. Driving 1-3 hours away is worth saving 3-5k.

Bought my car back in 2019. The people here are really nice and respectful. My car has been solid, and it's almost paid off. There were no issues with the transaction. I went through my bank, but they offered really good in-house financing! First car I bought from a non associated dealership, I had to sign like 30 pages. Pages that were covering them. None of that riff-raff here With that said, I highly recommend them, especially if you're a first-time buyer. I wish I didn't make the mistakes I made and just went here first, honestly.

Wont ever deal with them again...when trying to sell you a vehicle, they say 115,000 miles is low mileage, but when you're trading something in they say 100,212 miles is HIGH MILEAGE!

Sep 25, 2023Sorry for the low star review and experience. On reference to 115,000 miles can be interpreted based on year of the vehicle your looking at I would assume. If it is on a 12 year old vehicle it would be be low miles for that year but I do not know what the conversation was about based on your review.

They had a Jeep show a week and had lots of fun, my wife bought a grand Cherokee from them and they have done her better than fair.
