I dealt with Mike Bussart in sales, and you can not ask for a more honest guy. Mike shot straight with me the entire time, and while we weren't able to put a deal together, this was no fault at all of Mike. (Thanks, interest rates!) Mike and the crew at John Hoffer tried super hard, and I hope to be able to try again with them when the economy sorts out.

I have a hard time understanding why their service dept didn't have the correct oil in stock for my car. I understand the fact that my car is a dodge and this dealership only sells chryslers and jeeps, but the same 0w40 oil is used in a bunch of jeep and chrysler products and I made the appointment 5 days in advance; they knew I was coming and what kind of car I was bringing. Took up my whole lunch break waiting for this (they did offer me a ride to get something to eat though). I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience.

If it is not our brand of vehicle and we do not have it available then it is only a few blocks away to get the exact and correct oil needed for your vehicle and get you going in a timely manner.
John Hoffer is the best place to buy. My Grandparents bought cars from John. My Mom,My Wife and I,and all three of our children have bought cars there. The whole staff makes the buying experience the best. Roger and Jeff always take care of us when getting our vehicles serviced.Makes me feel good buying local.Thanks John,Kevin,Mike,and Greg for making buying fun for many years to come.
