Waited for almost 3 hours for an oil change

Talk about a bunch of crooks. Was quoted $586 out the door by the lady on the phone. Showed up to the appointment, once the tires were installed got handed a bill for over $1000. This is honestly the first time I’ve left a review for any company. But this just doesn’t sit right with me. Ran into a buddy of mine and was talking about the situation. Sad part is he asked if it was Firestone in Andover. I said yep, sure was. Turns out he got robbed as well. Will never do business here again and will do my best to deter anyone from going here either.

Their service was amazing and kept their word on the price of my tires. Was stranded with a flat tire and had many miles to go. Josh was awesome. Thank you!

Great customer service! The tires I ordered were delayed so the gave me a better tire for the same price as the others.
Our car broke down on the Kansas Turnpike. We were towed to Andover for our car to be fixed. We got there 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. They stayed late and got us back on the road. I can not say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!
