The guys are efficient and do their job well. BUT, it's almost uncomfortable going in there as a female to have work done. I'm glad I know enough about cars to not get scammed by men in the industry. Because you can tell they joke around about what people take their cars in for. I was a little disappointed to be quoted $2600 for my front end wheel damage from hitting a curb when it was icy out. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed by my personal mechanic for less than $400. I understand they're there to make money but that's just ridiculous. Overall I've not had a bad experience with them aligning my vehicle. The lifetime alignment is a great option and definitely worth the extra money!!
When I first started going to this location service was excellent. The last two times I've gone there I make an appointment for morning service and request that things get done before noon. However both times my vehicles were not done until after 5:00p. Neither time did they have the common courtesy to let me know that there was a delay. These cause a huge inconvenience on my hectic schedule. The last time I notified corporate they told me a regional manager would contact me within 48 hours. They never did. My family's been a loyal Firestone family for over 35 years and this has been one of the worst locations I have utilized. Update, I was eventually contacted. They were extremely apologetic and understood communication was lacking, and I haven't had issues since.
The store is extremely clean. The employees are very professional. They explain what they r doing .

I have never in my life been charged $153.00 to clean a little bit of mud out of 2 wheels. So if you visit this location to get your vehicle worked on, better take your wheels off and clean them before you go in.

I was there for just over 2 hours to replace a tire I had already ordered for an 11am appointment. I was charged for a tire repair when I had no interest in using or keeping a tire I was already replacing. Having to wait a full day for a tire you had in stock, and then another 2 hours to replace a single tire with an appointment is pretty bad when the shop was half empty... was able to chat with another man in the waiting room with a problem very similar while watching the entire film of the Shawshank Redemption on your TV. EDIT--- 2 days later and 100 miles on it after the tire was replaced. My Tire light was still on after they told me it would go out after a few miles. Myers Automotive down the street reset my light and sensors while I watched. It all worked out, just had to take my business elsewhere.

Very prompt and very polite on the phone and in person. Josh was very professional at his job and knowledge.
Dropped my car off the night before for my convenience, picked up the next morning with the alignment done. Easy and convenient
It took a Friday, Saturday and Sunday then another Saturday to get a oil change, oil pan plug gasket, power steering line and both valve cover gaskets replaced. Left it overnight Friday they hadn't got to it and wife picked me up 7hrs. Saturday dropped off by friend and waited 6 or 7hrs they ordered wrong part. Sunday one valve cover gasket done they put it back together 5 hrs as I needed it and made an appt for next Saturday finally done after 8 hrs. It has gone downhill there very badly as the 2nd Saturday manager and employee were were more interested in the KU GAME. That's how I wanted to spend my Christmas break spending 4 days and 20 hrs at firestone.
