Talk about a bunch of crooks. Was quoted $586 out the door by the lady on the phone. Showed up to the appointment, once the tires were installed got handed a bill for over $1000. This is honestly the first time I’ve left a review for any company. But this just doesn’t sit right with me. Ran into a buddy of mine and was talking about the situation. Sad part is he asked if it was Firestone in Andover. I said yep, sure was. Turns out he got robbed as well. Will never do business here again and will do my best to deter anyone from going here either.
