Wonderful service! Had jeep stolen , then spiked, couldn't find anyone to get tires fixed, everyone was so nice! And got my jeep in to get fixed ( in one day) very understanding people here so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!
Car sat at repair shop for about 3 weeks. I believe there were some issues with parts and the repair process itself. I was able to work things out with the tech and the service manager. I was pleased with the outcome

Took my car there for an oil change. I wasn't told anything about my car-brakes or tires. Took my money and sent me on my way. My son uses Firestone in Andover and has a great service. I guess it is because I am a female. Just disappointed
The employees were very nice, friendly, easy to work with, and I felt that they were honest and sincere with the feedback they gave me regarding what work needed to be done. They were not pushy at all and I had a great experience overall! Customer service excellence is obviously important to them & I really appreciated it all! In fact, I’m back today, literally sitting in the store right now completing this review as I wait for them to do the work that they recommended yesterday. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tires, brakes, and alignment, or anything other products or services that they provide here!!!

Did a good job on my truck but charged me over $9 for shop supplies for an alignment? Apparently I paid them for a whole box of glove and a roll of paper towels and a bar of soap I guess. Not happy about that. That cost was not disclosed when I asked twice how much the alignment would be.

Overall satisfied with this Firestone location; however, I felt the repair was a little pricey and the front staff could be a little friendlier.
Everyone I dealt with was Very professional, prompt and knowledgable. The manager I believe his name was Carrington and his big Sidekick Shawn let me know whether its Tires, Brakes, Shocks or an Alignment to Tunes-ups or even Factory Scheduled Maintenance, They do it all. We will definitely come back to the Andover Kansas Firestone for all our auto service needs. Rest assured, Every time I Drive,,, I will be Driving Firestone!
