Mark is a superlative realtor and a valuable, conscientious member of the community in which he works. I met him when he was the seller's realtor for a home that I bought. After speaking with Mark during an open house, he persuaded me to spontaneously to put in a bid. I have since found that I couldn't have made a better purchase. As Mark said then, "I want you be happy with your house; we are going to be neighbors!" (Which he was defining expansively. We live a good seven blocks apart.) Since then I've seen him around our area, selling loads of properties (and at prices that are doing good things for the value of my home). I’m lucky Mark was my real estate agent. He handled the sale and purchase of My primary residence. Mark got top dollar on The sale of my primary residence. He knew where to price it at and how to market it. What set him apart from other agents is his knowledge of the market and the vast number of contacts he has. When my house went for sale he just reached out to his network of people and raised interest amongst those people to find a buyer that was interested. Plus he did heavily market the house had multiple open houses etc. he also provided great suggestions on how to stage the house.
