Jackie was wonderful to work with coming from someone who was a first time homebuyer. She made sure to keep me updated with the process and was always positive. Jackie was a life saver when it came to selling our home AND helping us buy! She was informative with the process and was always in contact with us. I purchased my home in December of 2020, pretty much sight-unseen, with the exception of a few photos online. Jackie Lunzmann went the extra mile - literally, she had to drive almost 60 miles round trip to send me more photos and video of the home. She was absolutely awesome in her dedication to get this purchase done, even though I required a special type of loan. I am semi-retired and this is my first home purchase, I highly recommend Lunzmann Realty. Well done!

I called to look at a house and the real estate person that answered from the agency I believe her name was Jackie was very unprofessional with the price of gas she is not driving 50 miles to show a listing without an approval letter but she’s in the business to sell homes and I thought that was pretty rude. That was the first time I ever heard that and I would never use her or her agency

T, as I stated previously. I do not meet potential buyers at proeprties without verifying first who you are (didn't even identify himself with name) & failed to produce an approval letter. I don't show properties to unqualified buyers out of respect for the sellers. And, I don't allow anyone to use the "F" word talking to me on the phone. Good luck to you "T".
