Buying a house for the first time is a very scary deal. When you have a realtor who is on top of things and always answers your questions in a timely manner. Jackie honored her flyer regarding the preparation of a free comparative market analysis (CMA) for our house. We had recently showed it to a local couple just before Jackie became involved. Upon completion of the CMA she indicated she may have a buyer. She worked with us to develop a showing that subsequently resulted in selling our house. Simple and done.
