I had never met Wade and he showed up when I called for a showing off Zillow. Bought that house by the end of the weekend. I can say I wasn't very demanding but Wade had great insight off a home inspection we received also from seeing the property I. Person. He still checks up from time to time and I've reached out to him a couple times for some advice. Wade will take care of you very well. Easy to work with.

Wade is absolutely excellent at what he does. When my fiancé and I were looking for a home, we saw one online we loved but it was under contract. After wade showed us a couple other houses, we still couldn’t stop thinking about the one. He notified us right away when it was no longer under contract and we were able to see it in person with him. We fell in love with it and purchased it! Wade is a great guy :)
