I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Wade was very patient and understanding to my situation. We agreed to a date to get things ready to list my house. Wade helped me organize a checklist with deadlines to get things done so as to get my house listed. He even went as far as hiring a contractor to complete some projects inside my house to increase its value. I dont know many realtors that would have done that. From preparation to listing to showing to signing the deal, Wade was there every step of the way. Like I said, Best realtor ever. You can’t go wrong with SimpliCity Real Estate
