Great management company thank you!

Moved into one of Chuck's properties after being told he would fix all the issues we identified during the pre-move in walk through. On move in day, none of the holes in the walls had been repaired, the soft floor in the living room was not fixed, there was no toilet paper holders in any of the bathrooms and the entire house needed to be cleaned. All these items were reported to the office and fixes were promised. Someone did come to the house to “fix” the soft floor; however, the floor was no better after they repaired it. We reported this issue multiple times during our year renting. We also reported a leak in the kitchen faucet which was fixed only to be leaking worse the next day and required another visit from the repairman. On moving out, we received only $50 of our $3,000 deposit. We were charged for “fixing” all the items we listed on our move in documentation. We were also charged for professional cleaning and yard work. This company is terrible to work with and will not return your deposit regardless of how you treat the property.

Have had the pleasure of working with Headley Realty since 2010, both as a tenant and a purchaser. Such a great group of folks to work with, including Nancy and all of the folks in the office. I first got to know Chuck as the property manager, he was always fair and professional. Eventually purchased a home in which Donna was my buying agent. Always a pleasure working with them and knowing they are there to look out for you regardless of which side of the deal you are on. Highly recommend for if looking to rent, sell and/or require property management.

Chuck has been my property manager for I can't remember how long. I have come to trust him completely with my houses. If there is ever a small or big problem he contacts me immediately and gives me an honest opinion on how to take care of the situation.

Chuck and Donna have been managing my rental properties for me and do an excellent job. They take good care of the tenants and do all repairs in a prompt manor. I definitely would recommend this management company!

We lived in a house of theirs for a year. We did end up getting our security deposit back but after much nagging. Their maintenance company was terrible. Would come and make something an easy fix and it would break again shortly after. They told us they were going to replace the back patio when we moved in because it wasn't even a patio anymore and it never happened. We were a day late on our rent once and they had to call us because they didn't even have the $ in their account to cover it until I dropped of my check.

After previous property manager wrote a check that bounced, constantly allowed tenants to submit rent payments late (up to 30 days late) and never collected late payment fees, I switched to Headley Realty and have been completely satisfied. Same renters but no more late rental payments. The agency kept a close eye on the property and notified me when repairs were needed. They also notified me that the renters were not taking care of the property. I did not allow the renters to renew their lease. Headley then managed significant upgrades to the interior of the house. Near the completion of the interior upgrade, the exterior of the house suffered significant damage from tennis ball size hail. Even with Headley managing repairs to a large number of other rental properties, the repairs to my hose were made quickly. They found new renters for the house while the exterior repairs were being completed. The house was without a renter for 3 1/2 months but considering the back to back requirements to manage significant upgrades and repairs inside and outside, I think they did a remarkable job.

Chuck Headley has been managing our property since late 2010. We’ve never had a period where we haven’t had a tenant. The team quickly lets us know whenever there is a problem and presents us with great options to quickly take care of the tenant and the house. Their professionalism and care have given us peace of mind while our work has us living half a world away.
