OUTSTANDING Property Management Company! Headley Realty managed my property from late 2010 thru 2016. They always did a fantastic job and ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. They dealt with a gamut of common home owner problems and took care of everything from cleaning after tenants left, painting the exterior when the time came to working with my insurance company when an ice damn created a leaky roof. I never worried about my house while they managed it in my absence and we always had renters. When the time came to finally sell, I utilized Headley Realty and they represented me with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their property. When looking for a property manger you want someone who will treat your home like their own and tenants should expect the same. Thanks Chuck!

I do not write negitve reviews and never have for one simple reason. Managing our company in a highly customer service profession, some people you just can't please. I prefer to ask for managers and supervisors telling them how fortunate they are to have that individual when a job is well done. I asked how the process works with this rental. She assured me that if someone else was putting a application in before I got back from Chicago on business she would call. I then call her the next day after returning home and does not say anything besides would you like to see it again. Call her back few hours latter and Donna says somebody is just awaiting on landlord approval!!!! I thought this might happen that. That was the reason i had a verbal agreement. Then she even asked if she could call back if not excepted!!! REALLY. Thank God this was only a simple rental and not our DREAM HOUSE. Make sure you read all the fine lines or better yet, don't use Headley Realty is my advice. Rodney R.

This was the most negative encounter I've had with a business. Our security deposit was not returned to us. We lived there for two years. Most everything was normal wear and tear. There was nothing done to that house during the two years we lived there. No maintenance or upgrades. The house was old, and was in need of a good upgrade and better maintenance by this company and obviously by the owners, Richard and Louise Varga. The toilet was replaced because it quit working, and the date on it was 1967. That's how old everything in the house is. They charged an exact amount of 1150.00 for normal wear and tear. I tried to negotiate with them, as I could see taking responsibility for the oven, the fan, and we didn't clean the vents. Headley took a picture of the furnace, and said we didn't clean it good enough. Truly a much different outcome was desired. I realize everyone has different perspectives, however was this extreme and completely unethical.

This is a horrible realty company to rent from, like previous review he will not return your deposit and will look for every little thing to charge you and say you didn't do things when you did, i highly recommend if you ever rent from them to take before and after pictures, and take video. He even has went so far to try and charge us for things that are wrong that we wrote down on our walk-in list. It's time he is put to a stop taking advantage of people the way he does. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE REALTY COMPANY. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!
