If you rent from them, don't expect your deposit back. Caveat: We moved in sight unseen because we were in a time crunch to move for a new job. The house we moved into was a disaster. Pee on the toilets, all carpet smelt like urine, no downspouts on the back of the house, yard was all weeds and dead grass. I spent over 4 hours cleaning the house when moving in to make it acceptable enough to move my children in. We also used our own carpet cleaner to make the carpets somewhat livable. We requested repairs on the toilet, ceiling fan and water softener. After the repair man was there until 11:30 pm on a week night, the only thing he fixed was the toilet. While living there we replaced a ceiling fan, trimmed overgrown bushes and seeded the front yard. When they reached out to us after their final walk through they were going to charge us for the missing downspouts, missing patio blinds, etc. which we clearly marked on our move-in report. They hadn't even looked at our move-in report before calling to charge us. When we moved out, we spent over 12 hours cleaning, finding items from previous renters under the oven and behind the fridge and they still charged us for 4 additional hours of cleaning out of our deposit. We were also charged almost $400 for carpet cleaning which was clearly not done prior to our move in. We attempted to challenge the charges they took from our deposit and they did not budge. Proceed with caution.

Demand high credit score with old houses in the hood. Reply time are days for tours and no one answers the PHONE.

Chicken tasted like grease instead of its good taste

Wouldn’t rent from them. Lazy reality company. I moved into a unprepared house, and upon move out the took a majority of my deposit to repair stuff that they did not repair before I moved in the place.
