It can be a bit scary selling your house. Not knowing if the person who you are selling to is being honest and fair. I had met with 2 prior investors who would not go any higher on their offer. Worked with Dan while I was assisting my mother in law with the selling of her house. The experience was great! I met with him on Thursday morning, I immediately recognized that he was very knowledgeable about what is involved when buying/selling a house that needs a little work. Within thirty minutes he had answered all my questions and had given me a reasonable offer to purchase the house. Since I already had scheduled two other appointments with realtors that afternoon I told him I would talk with him that evening.
