WOW ! This company is so unprofessional and childish . I would recommend you to find a different agent rather you’re selling or buying. I was interested in buying a property back Jan 2023 . The agent never responded back to my realtor or my request to fix things on the inspection. All the way to the closing table , the repairs were never completed to my satisfaction. It was a difficult decision but I walked away from closing . That particular property sold a week later. The realtor company lost nothing but I was out funds for inspections etc . This month I go to look at another property this company listed. They don’t answer calls from my realtor , they had us waiting 20 minutes for a door code , after the showing was confirmed the night before . Then today I made an offer on a property that this company listed . The agent for Cedar Hill is also the owner of the property I made an offer on. My realtor just informed me that the agent / seller refuses to sale me anything bc I walked away from the property in January. I was well within my buyers rights to walk from that closing. Buying a housing is stressful and a huge investment. You Jennifer Rhodes failed to do your job correctly and professionally. And now you’re refusing potential ‘business’ deals ! Don’t waste your time buying / selling with this company !!!

Jul 6, 2023HI Lisa Sorry you feel this way. As far your agent goes she could have asked for the code prior to showing and wouldn't have any issues getting in. I am sure she can tell you I responded to any messages sent. The repairs on Gaylene were done prior to closing and you had chose to move forward with closing. the only issue you had was with a small item regarding the water heater which turned out not to be an issue per an electrician and your home inspector that you hired agreed, If you had simply walked away from the transaction that would be one thing but you brought your agents broker, my agent and my seller to the closing table and at that point had us waiting for hours to see if you would sign. You chose to not close that day and take two more days to back out. I had an unhappy seller and everyones time was wasted. although this may seem like something that just happens frequently let me assure it does not and the situation also caused my seller to loose money in holding cost and other unnecessary repairs trying to make you happy. When I received your offer on Diecks (a home I own) It was very fresh in my mind the trouble that deal had caused and I made a decision for my best interest to not work with you again.
The most unprofessional group of realtors I have ever interacted with. Most reviews on here are written by family that has never actually bought a house from them. Do not rent from them! Rude and inconsiderate. Call Re/max.

Our family has used Cedar Hill Properties several times and have never had a complaint they always go above and beyond.
