I decided to rent out my house while being deployed and she has kept me up to date on everything. She has answered all my questions in a timely, and professional manner. DO NOT RENT FROM GOLD CITY!!!! Nancy was as sweet as southern tea until she had us under a lease. We rented site unseen from Florida and the property was grossley misrepresented. When storms damaged our rental, she was lackadaisical in her attempts to have repairs completed. When we put pressure on her to do her job she became very unprofessional and belligerent. When I shared her communication with the owner of the property he wrote a private lease and dropped Gold City. She is now refusing to communiate regarding security deposit. I am a professional and have NEVER been spoken to with so much disrespect and contempt. Her mentality is to do as little as possible to earn her check. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! We had never been late on our rent, we fulfilled every obligation and our communication was professional. There was no reason for her to act in such a repugnant manner. Her network of contractors isnt deep enough to facilitate timely repairs, her follow through was non existent, and under pressure she becomes a nightmare to talk to. I provided her with LICENSED and INSURED contractors who were able to immediately service her needs, but she refused them. She ended up eventually getting some good Ole boys to do the repairs and one of them fell through the ceiling. She broke every promise and commitment she made. When we reached out to Gold City with a request for different representation they ignored us and never returned calls and emails. Seriously, RUN!! RUN FAR!! RUN FAST!!

For the last 11 years Golden City Realty managed my property that I owned in Radcliff. Nancy Hubert is the manager that kept me up-to-date on anything and everything concerning my house. The staff and her made everything care free for me the entire time. Golden City Realty truly care about the services they provide for their tenants and home owners.
