This is the Extreme team for a reason!!! When working with this group we felt like number 1 the entire time. Every day we were available they would make time. Mr.Clinkenbeard, would see to it we would be able to visit a minimum of 3 houses a day, at the drop of a hat. After purchase of my first home a year later he was available for me to ask questions and debate concerns. Now 4 years later he has helped me and my family receive extremely sensitive documents at no cost. This team has gone above and beyond the call of duty, and I thank Mr.Clinkenbeard and his Extreme team for my experiences.
I have been using Clinkenbeard Remax for far too long, I should have went through a different agency a long time ago. Mr. Clinkenbeard only wants your money, he does not care or take of his customers, he also thinks that you work for him as a home owner which is not the case. Him and his team failed to inform me that my old tenants moved out and new tenants moved in until after all that had already happened, their communication skills are terrible. I would not ever recommend them to any of my friends, and I will never use them for anything again. If I could give less than a star I would.
We worked with Stephanie Wade while buying our very first home and she was amazing to work with. She worked so hard and did an excellent job finding homes with our very specific budget and building concerns. She was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic to work with. I would recommend anyone thinking about buying or selling a home to contact Stephanie before anyone else!
Previous reviews are pretty accurate. Beware of all the hidden fees in the contract. This was the first time in 8 times renting that I nearly lost all my deposite over incredibly minor things and hidden fees. Poor response on anything that need to be fixed. I am a very responsible renter, paid on time, and improved the property. Did not expect this level of unprofessionalism. Expect to be ripped off.
I have been renting with Clinkenbeard now for a little over a year. On two different occasions my A.C. had stopped functioning and it has taken the property management company over a week to resolve the issue. The last time it stopped functioning luckily the weather was still cool. So it didn't cause the greatest disruption. However, this time my family (young children and elderly dad) have been in a home with the outside heat index reaching the 100s. I have been renting for most of my adult life due to the military and this is the first property management company that does not have its own maintenance staff. Furthermore, this is the first company that I have worked with that does not consider a heat index of 100 to be a repair emergency. They tell you to submit your repair online and when you do, they do not respond and then you have to call and they seem unaware that a request was ever submitted. Then you have to call and call to get a response and wait for the process of contact to the owner, then contact to the outside repair agency, then contact from the repair agency. With this company the right hand is clearly not talking to the left. So if you use this company to rent be prepared to suffer through the heat if your ac breaks in warm weather because the work order will not be resolved in a timely manner.
