Great experience with Ben selling a property for me. Took care of coordinating getting the property cleaned out and pictures taken. Was extremely communicative and professional the whole time. And he got it sold for above asking price. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great guy and great experience.

First, I did not live in KY. I had an unexpected death in the family and had to come home to sell the family home. When I got to the house, I was completely shocked and overwhelmed at the condition the inside was in. I contacted a few companies that cleaned out houses and through one of them, they recommended Ben Bass to me as a realtor to help sell the house. Ben came out that day, walked over to me to introduce himself and I lost it. The realization of having to do this hit me all at once. I received a big hug and a "don't worry about a thing"...I'm here to help you! From that moment on he did almost everything for me regarding the house with the help of his wonderful assistant. I had to leave to go back home but I put all my trust and faith in Ben and he came through 500%. He listed the house, did a showing and that weekend sold it. He kept in contact we me by phone and text every step of the way. When we went to closing, he went back to the house to make sure that it everything was out. Unfortunately there were some items that were forgotten that were only valuable to me for keepsake purposes. He packed them up and put them in his car to keep until I can make arrangements to get them. My apologies for making this so long but I can't say enough about Ben as a realtor, human being and now friend. If you want someone you can trust to sell your home or sell you a home, I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Ben helped Sell my wife's Family home when her Sister passed unexpectedly in March 2024. She was an emotional wreck when she first met Ben and immediately felt comfortable with him.
