Their mobile app is terrible. The information you need it doesn’t provide. On their card secure app you never can get into it and no one seems to be able to help. They don’t have mobile deposit available either.

Hanna was amazing during the opening of the account. It came time for the currency exchange (I had small bills and wanted big ones) the money was counted and I was paid out. I felt as the total was low but didn’t think much about it until I got home to put it into my ledger and seen my total I was given back was way off. I was freaking out however it was caught right away and the money was deposited into my account right after. Two things I learned. One-TRUST THIS CREDIT UNION!!!.Two-know how much you cash you have before going in(my bad lol) Thanks Hanna ❤️
