Working with Gwenn Tanvas to refinance our mortgage has been an Absolutely Amazing experience! We had many delays due to the previous mortgage company not getting things completed and back to us in a timely manner and Gwenn kept on it until we got what we needed. Then my mother passed away and Gwenn just kept plugging away knowing that we were grieving and planning a service for my mother out of state, Thank You Gwenn for having a heart of gold and taking care of us throughout this very emotional heartbreaking time! We appreciate all Gwenn and her team has done for us, we cannot Thank You enough!!! Definitely deserve higher than a 5 star rating!!!!! :)
Everything about our experience with Gwen was amazing. We were working with another broker and ran into issues with little time to spare before we were supposed to close on our new home. Gwen stepped in and took care of things right away. She was confident, consultative and just an overall pleasure to work with. Not to mention she got us a better rate than we were going to get with the other broker. Her communication and responsiveness is top notch. A true professional who understands customer service and how important it is for home buyers to feel secure. Can't recommend her enough.

Gwenn was amazing! She was so informative, patient, and understanding. We did not have a very high credit rating and were having a bit of a hard time finding a loan company to work with us. Being an Army vet, I was also trying to get a VA Home loan (my second one), and she was able to find a mortgage company to work with us, AND at a reasonable rate! We hadn't had our own home (been living with family) for a couple of years, so this was HUGE for us. She is so genuine and does everything she can to help get what is needed. Thank you SO much Gwenn, you will always be my first go-to if I ever have a mortgage question or need!
