I’m not usually much of a review person but wanted to be sure that people who read reviews are aware of how outstanding the service was that I received when working with Gwenn. It was a very time-sensitive situation and Gwenn bent over backwards to work within difficult time constraints and difficult financial constraints to assist me with obtaining a preapproval letter so that I could place an offer on the home of my dreams. Without Gwenn‘s can-do attitude, I would not have been able to place the offer. At one point, we thought it would not be possible to put financing in place in time to obtain a preapproval letter, but Gwenn continued to work after we hung up and called me back a short time later to share a solution she had thought of. She put me in touch with someone who also bent over backwards to assist me and it says a great deal about Gwenn‘s reputation that this new individual was so willing to work with me on such a tight time deadline and such difficult constraints based on Gwenn’s referral.
