We have to say we are pleased to leave a review! Linda, and her team are amazing to work with. We went to lay the foundation on buying our new home. We started in August of 2022, we had horrible credit. Linda laid out a plan for us, as long as you follow that plan Linda will deliver. We are thankful to report she gave us a 6 month time line, and explained exactly what we needed to do. February 28, 2023 witch will be the day after this is written, we sign for our feautcher home!. As soon as we took care of getting our credit in line, witch only took 5 months, that last month linda and her team took over. When Linda says we need to get creative, step aside and let her do her job!! You will not regret the passion she puts into each client.

Linda and her team were very thorough with letting us know what documents they needed from us, when documents were sent to our email to be esigned, they checked back with us to make sure we got the email, and took care of the reheat was required by us. We looked at, and made an offer on our new house October 7th, 2022. We closed on October 28th at 1:00pm, and started moving in that day. Our projected closing date was November 18th 2022. We didn’t have a home. So, we were looking to get into a place as fast as we could. That was pretty fast!
