The presentation was super intuitive, and his little 2-minute summary video clarified any questions I had. It allowed me to think about things on my own, without any pressure, before contacting him about my thoughts. He was then there via email and phone whenever I needed, which was hardly at all. I appreciated being able to upload all the necessary documents to an online portal and using DocuSign for an electronic signature on everything.
