Long time relationship with Kyle...great Lender I even made my kids use him
Kyle was more then willing to help with any questions or concerns, he always had a good positive attitude as well and didn't seem burdened by my lack of knowledge and my need for help through every step of the way. Things were handled professionally and on a timely manner, which made things smooth and easy. Very much would recommend Kyle to any and every buyer looking for a experienced, quality lender to buy there home.

Kyle saved us over $5,000 on closing costs vs a popular lending company. We purchased a side-by-side duplex through an FHA loan which had many requirements. Kyle walked my wife and I through the process clearly. We thought we'd lose the deal when we had to make a repair per FHA requirements but Kyle found an escrow solution that kept us on track.
