Ben Hoffman was very responsive. He answered all of our questions in a thorough and professional way. We needed to move quickly and we could not have met the deadlines we had without the his organized, detail-oriented and quick help.
From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly responsive. He was super easy to talk to - I felt so comfortable talking to him. Throughout the year-long process of searching for a home, Ben was always available to answer my questions, and I just always felt like he had my back and was advocating for me. We had some difficult sellers to deal with, and Ben was great at talking me down and keeping us appraised on what was happening. I will be recommending Ben to everyone I know - one friend has already reached out to him! I manage a customer service area, so I have incredibly high standards. Ben is absolutely the BEST!
Mike Flannery was very responsive, efficient, fast and flexible with us. We took a break from house shopping. Seen a house listed that we really wanted to see. So we had to get a new pre-approval. We made contact with Mike the day before showing. He gave us the green light. And were able to close within 30 days. That should explain how fast and efficient he is! He explained things to us in a way we can understand as first time homebuyers and made the process very smooth. We greatly appreciate you Mike and for your dedication in helping us achieve this accomplishment.
