Craig and the whole team made sure every detail on the 1031 exchange was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They worked hand in hand with the title company and everything went off without a hitch. Not to mention hitting deadlines that were incredibly tight at times, and in incredibly competitive rate. I've now used Craig multiple times personally and referred him to everyone I encounter. GREAT Job!
