Did not disclose a massive annual payment that will have to be made by everyone in my townhome community prior to closing as part of compliance with the city. A complete trap that cost tens of thousands of dollars to homeowners. We are considering a lawsuit against these crooks. After this experience I would not buy a pen from NVR let alone a house.
