My experience with NVR was truly a dream come true. We moved from GA and begin construction on our home with an outside lender who unfortunately, could not get us an affordable interest rate and closing cost to make sense at closing. Luckily, I remember speaking to NVR’s aka supehero loan officer Esco Walker back in September and immediately called to see what he could do. He reviewed the loan in detail and hit the ground running. I instantly felt relief and reassurance that we still had hope. We were originally scheduled to close in December with the previous lender then transferred to NVR who was able to close us in January! Esco turned things around by working with his team to negotiate a beautiful affordable interest rate with little money at closing!!! I can’t end this review without mentioning my loan processor, Terri Ford who has to be the sweetest lady I could ever meet! Both of them were God sent! They have compassion, too notch professionalism and a true passion for what they do. NVR you have two of the best on your team for sure! Thank you all for making our first home purchase, a dream come true!

I was very well taken care of throughout my first home buying process by Stephanie and Justin! I couldn’t be more happy and grateful to have them by my side! Stephanie went on maternity leave about half way through, and managed to come back like she never left! Justin was very diligent in watching the interest rates, and locked me in at the best possible time! You can really tell they have the best interest for the consumer in mind! I really appreciate the service, team! Awesome job!

Where do I begin! Tyler and Eva exceeded all expectations for my wife and I in closing on our house. They were with us every step of the way and getting us to the finish line. The part I loved the most about Tyler and Eva was that they cared about us, made us feel comfortable. Buying your first home can be a stressful experience but NVR Mortgage made the whole experience amazing! Zack was so helpful & knowledgeable with everything!
