First I must say sorry for taking so long to respond!! I can say in few words that working with Eva and Rebecca reduced my stress level immensely. They would take the time to walk me through a process, and never rushed. Towards the end I worked mostly with Eva and she guided me until the end. I was also impressed with callback times, or the fact they would answer when I called. There is more I could say, but just know the professionalism and kindness were a major part of why this process went so smoothly. I am grateful!

Word cannot explain how grateful I am to have been able to work with Jessica and Farrah. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient from day 1 all the way through closing and even after closing. I had so many questions and concerns throughout the process, and they were so prompt returning emails and telephone calls. Buying a house is super stressful but my team (Andy Stevens and Ross Dimchev) made me feel so supported!! There was an issue that came up and they fought for me until it was resolved. They are always available and communicate with me in a timely fashion. I was originally using a different lender who was HORRIBLE and very DISRESPECTFUL to me directly. Geoff from Ryan Homes (who is awesome as well) recommended Andy and it was a BLESSING! Andy and Ross have always been kind and helpful. I highly recommend this team!

I wanted to write this review about my experience with Pooja and Terri from NVR. THEY WERE AMAZING! This was my first time purchasing a home, and like many others, had multiple questions and concerns throughout the process. They always promptly answered my questions via email or phone, and we're easily accessible throughout. This open line of communication took a lot of stress off my shoulders, as this was a new experience for me. Simply put, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you both for your time and help.

Where do I start. I have been looking for a home for my family and I for a while and at first I had to fix a few things and NVR guided me on where to go to fix it. After it was all fixed I started the process of buying my first house. It took almost a year to get everything in place and finally get my home. For some it may take less but for my specific situation it took that time. I do have to say that for that entire year The NVR team was there to help me through the entire process. To guide me on what to do what not to do to to be able to get my new house. I do want to thank the entire NVR team Laura, Trent, Diana and even the project manager Thomas they all have been great people to deal with. They have become part of my family and I can not thank them enough for the part they played in helping me get my new home. NVR is a great company and I wish more lenders or sales people where as dedicated as they were to help me regardless of my situation. As a first time home buyer they made sure they explain everything in details and were always available and a phone call or email away when I had questions and even after I closed on my home they are still there communicating the importance that they will still be there should I have any questions. I am soo happy that we finally got our new home and grateful my dream of owning a home came true. Thank you NVR and team!
