Possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I cannot wait until rates are better so I can switch mortgage companies. The most frustrating part is I paid extra one month with my previous company, wo sold to Roundpoint, so I could make half payments when I got paid every 2 weeks and a little extra for principal. That worked fine with my previous mortgage provider. Now, they won't accept that. I have to sign their bi-weekly payment form and pay on the dates they want, not the customer. It's not like I was behind on my payment I was ahead. Then I start getting calls because they weren't making the payments correctly. Half was going to the payment and the other half was getting paid to principal. So they weren't paying to the payment first! Their format is pure laziness, probably because it is all done by computer with their system im guessing. I will never recommend anybody to do business with them and I am counting down the days until I don't have to either. Now I'm trying to reach someone on the number they gave me to call and there is no option to reach a representative. Again, all automated. This approach seems very lazy and disappointing I have to give them another penny.

AVOID these guys if you can! Unfortunately, I was assigned these guys since my mortgage was recently sold to them. RoundPoint is very good at sending out "welcome" packets and promptly asking for payment, but when it comes to distribution of escrow payments, that process seems to be foreign to them. When I called them to find out when they planned on making payment, they were unaware that there was an issue! They didn't have an answer on when the payment would be made but informed me that it has been "escalated internally within their escrow department". Completely unacceptable. If you care to read other reviews, this is not an uncommon issue with this company. I understand mortgages are bought/sold constantly. Hopefully they don't keep mine for too long. I'm dreading the next dispersant hurdle. Clearly they have issues with performance/image, since they have someone on staff reading these reviews and offering up broad assistance. Loan was transferred last month. They took the payment and confirmed over the phone it was auto deducted (bank statements to prove) then tried to slap me with a late fee, hit my credit, and are trying to charge me double this month. Get your books in order! Already filed a complaint with the CFPB. BEWARE OF THIS MORTGAGE SERVICER!!!

I am sad to hear that my loan was transferred from EPM into Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation; specially when initially was told that EPM serviced all their loans and never transferred any. I call the new servicer, and was told that my loan will be on their system as of 12/09, when the letter I received says 12/01. As I tried to speak to an agent, the first message I received "This is an attempt to collect debt"??? once I was connected to an agent, I had a hard time understanding the agent. Nothing like the customer service I received before. This is just the beginning and I already do not want to deal with this company any more.

terrible customer service. not willing to help get my escrow refund to me in a timely mannor. its been almost 7 weeks of them staing ... 'its coming' 'sorry'

I spoke with Anita regarding the new digital servicing feature. I wasn't sure if my auto payment would be affected. Anita was very friendly and patient and explained that it would not. She stayed on the line and walked me through setting up my account and explained the account management feature and what information I could find on it. She was great!
