I had to call in twice because I didn't have the info I needed to have and I talked to two of the most awesome PR - Customer service people you could ever want. Jonathan the first time and Natasha the second time went over and above to take care of me; answer my questions; and most of all make sure I was in a "great place" at the end of the call. THE WERE FANTASTIC.

I had some questions about my mortgage and left a message for a call back. The employee who called me was very professional, compassionate, and friendly. She talked to me about options that would fit my needs. I had a very positive experience. Thank you, RoundPoint.
Customer service agent was extremely helpful! On another note, I received a letter from roundpoint abour refinancing and on the letter stated no closing cost, when i inquired the agent included closing cost! so we declined.
