Customer service is a joke. Don’t ever expect a call or email from this company besides upsells and bills. Don’t walk away from this company RUN!!

Connie was very determined to help with getting the loan close. She has a beautiful soul and is very outstanding with her work ethic. You couldn't go wrong with choosing Connie as your agent. She is the best, and she doesn't look at you as a client, and Connie sees you more like a friend. My closing was the most incredible experience, thanks to Connie.
Update - I was refunded my payment amount eventually. Keeping at 3 stars because the whole process could be improved and was not a great user experience. Poor communication and an inaccurate website. Stated hours of operation on the website do not reflect the same when attempting to make a support call. Went through phone menus for 10 minutes when the website says they are open, just to have the machine tell me they are closed and hang up on me. Support cases take longer than 48 to receive a response, and sometimes require you to follow up multiple times to get any attention, especially if Roundpoint is on the hook for something. I'll update my review if and when my issues are resolved.
