Marc and his team were truly Amazing. From the first phone call with Marc, we knew we had made the right choice as he was very helpful and informative and you immediately felt at ease as if you were speaking with your Uncle. That was only the beginning of the amazing experience as it continued with Marc's team. We were working with Praveeta as our point person. She was so knowledgeable and kind in her interactions with us. She responded back amazingly fast every time and made sure that we had a full understanding of everything that we needed for the loan process. The uploading of documents was super easy with their website and the time frames were clearly understood. Praveeta was my main contact person, but everyone on the team was also available, especially Marc if we did have questions. They have over 25 years of experience and it showed by how seamless the process went. They prepared us so well ahead of time that the underwriting process was a breeze. Marc and his team's dedication and drive to excellence to make your experience feel as easy and stress free is apparent. Marc was with us at the closing and was so genuinely positive and happy. You can feel the sense of familiarity as if you have known him your entire life. We couldn't stop complimenting Marc about how amazing he and his team made our experience. We highly recommend you to use Marc and his team! Did not adequately provide needed documentation in a timely manner. Also released the wrong paperwork for our mortgage, leading to a MAJOR financing problem.
