My closing lawyer said in his 25 years he’s never seen one move so quick, especially for a fsbo house. Jamie is not your normal 9-5 loan officer, she’s 7-11 which is very helpful when your self employed, we did most of our work after hours. I truly enjoyed working with her, she made it very easy and stress free. I almost want to buy another house to work with her again.
