Courtney M, Joseph C and Jerri M were absolutely amazing to work with on my refi this past month. All were super responsive and professional. It was my first time and Courtney kept an open dialogue via text from start to finish. Joseph kept me on time with needed docs. Closing happened during my vacation and Jerri found a notary in Hawaii! I’m not sure how others do it, but this experience was top notch.
