Sandra Skipper was AMAZING to work with!!! On a scale of 1-10 I'd give her a 20. From start to finish she communicated everything in a timely manner. She had great follow through even when her part was done, she made sure there were no glitches. Amanda Swilley was also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company and their team! It was a Superb experience!!
Process was very efficient. Pretty sure it was all done in under three weeks. I have had other lenders request new documentation endlessly. That didnt happen here. The initial documents is all i needed. Shelby Bradford got the process started. She tried to think about what i might be dealing with after giving my info to lending tree. While my phone was blowing up she sent an email knowing what was happening. Anyway, i thought it was an overall good process.
Steve, Jillian, Carley and and Primeline team were PHENOMENAL in taking care of my home refinance. They were informative, organized, highly responsive and gave me guidance on every step of the refinance process. Can’t recommend enough!

Overall smooth refinance process which moved forward at a good pace
Another quick process - originally refinanced for lower interest. This time refinanced to take cash out for building project. Rick and Marques are great to work with! Easy and fast loan processing. HIGHLY recommend.
