I was at the bank today to apply for a loan Cheryl Spragg helped me first by explaining the difference in personal loans and MasterCard payments and how to get my credit score up, I appreciate the advice because I did not know the difference, my personal loan was approved and I am so pleased with the outcome today, thank you Family Trust and Cheryl Spragg

We recently have did a refinance on our home and took out a loan for a car. We cannot say enough about Denise Holmes and her Team at Family Trust. The whole team kept us informed of their progress the whole time. When they needed something we were able to get it to them very quick. The process needed to be completed in a short time period due to certain circumstances. They were able to get everything done when it needed to be done. We have recommended family members to go to there for their loans. If we ever need anything else we know we can count on Denise and her team at Family Trust.

They are unable to setup an autodraft from another bank to pay a loan, in 2021. Save yourself the trouble of banking here. If they can't do something basic like take a payment from another financial institution I don't expect that they can protect an account from fraud very well either.

I cannot endorse Family Trust more! I’ve been banking with Family Trust for many years and they never let me down. Today, I walked into the Fort Mill branch and worked with Michelle Nelson on setting up an auto loan. Ms. Nelson got me taken care of right away - I didn’t expect to walk out with a check for the dealership, but I did! A special thanks to Ms. Nelson for her superior customer service and getting me squared away being that there were a couple of “twists” associated with this loan.
