Beth Courtney and team are great to work with. They are super helpful and very responsive. It was a very quick and easy process to obtain a new mortgage. My closing attorney also expressed how great this team is to work with.

Our re-fi was handled with the in a quick and efficient manner. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Their knowledge and experience was apparent from the first day though the closing. We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I did not know anything about ICM until I was introduced to ICM by one of the builder's online counselors. I dressed myself with faith and trust and decided to let ICM's designated Loan Officer do what was best for me.
