From the first phone call with Jessica and seeing how much of a go-getter and achiever she is to Amanda reaching out to us to help in any and every way possible, it has been an amazing experience! We definitely had some speed bumps along the way, but that is to be expected, and Jessica and Amanda handled them professionally and with ease. They were there for us on every question and late night text and question that we had and were always friendly, down to earth and so very helpful! I love our new home and have no desire to need to move again but if we did, we would most certainly call on Jessica and Amanda again. They also surprised us we some amazing housewarming gifts and I absolutely think that put them going above and beyond! Thank you both ao very much!

I was getting excited to start my journey. I filled out the application on April 2nd or 3rd of this year. The realtor I was working with at the time recommended Chad Klotz. Chad called me at left a voicemail on April 4th at 11:50 am. I called back no answer then he called back. On April 5 at 9:45 and 10:24 am Chad sent queries regarding my credit report I replied the same day. Since April 5th Chad stopped all communication with me and did not proceed with the process. On July 6th I asked for the credit inquiries to be removed since he ended all communication and did not complete the process. As of today September 6, I have not heard anything back. During this time I did inform the realtor that he had stopped communication with me and her response was that he was telling her something different. Why run my credit if you did not want to work with me? Now my current lender was questioning the inquiry and I had to let her know what happened. Again Why run my credit if you did not want to work with me?
