I wish I could rate Will Baughman with 10 stars. Absolutely outstanding. When I first connected with Will I went in with 0 expectations. I have spoken to home lenders in the past whether with my Mom or with a previous attempt at buying a home. Past lenders seemed keen and seemingly excited to deny us a home loan. Not Will, he shattered every preconceived notion I had of home lenders. He walked me through the entire process step by step, it felt like I knew Will 10 years and that he was a friend doing me a favor. I really appreciated when I put in an offer on my home he took time out of his New York trip to help answer questions and that meant so much to me. I'm the first person in my family to have bought a home so having someone like Will on my side during such a scary process was a blessing. Even during the due diligence period until closing Will would check in on me up to the point of clear to close. When I was signing my documents at the attorney's office, having both Megan and Will there with me helped calm my nerves.
