Thrive Mortgage was very easy to work with. They were up front about every step and let us make the decisions we wanted to make. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us buy our home! Earnest was great from start to finish. I came in to this not knowing what I was doing and they came thru .. Would recommend them to any and everyone 😊 My first buying experience and he helped every step of the way .. 10/10 recommend .. Thank you for everything!!
The buyer for my property worked with someone at Thrive Mortgage. She lied about the solvency of the HOA, which is truly solvent . The loan was denied the day of closing. Extremely incompetent . I will report her and this agency to the FTC for incompetence. I would give them less than 1 star.
