The wait at drive thru entirely too long. No one else around in line. Pulled the wrong name when provided the account number. Very unprofessional.

Thursday, March 16 my husband and I went into the Clover Branch to make a few changes on our accounts. We were very fortunate to be helped by Jaelon Brice. He was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed and how to do it; he was amazing. We were very happy with the service we received from Jaelon.

As noted in my other review, Family Trust seems to have undergone some changes over the past few years that are not appealing. While we have reduced our footprint there, we are still hoping for positive changes and are waiting and watching. This review is of the branch manager, Tina F. I met Tina years ago when she came on board to manage the Clover branch and I have come to respect her and how she cares for the location and community. I have not seen her much as she is pulled away from the branch often for meetings and such. As it happens, I caught her just before one of those meetings the other day and I took the time to share my thoughts with Tina about the past changes. She was open, thoughtful, and not defensive. She listened carefully and thanked me for sharing my concerns without any pressure. Most importantly, she indicated what steps she intended to take with the information and who she would be taking the information to. From a customer perspective, she is everything that a manager should be. I admire and respect her desire to provide a better experience for the customer, her attitude, her passion, and her always sunny disposition. I leave with a smile whenever I have interacted with her at the credit union - she understands the importance of establishing and maintaining personal relationships with the customers who bank there.

Wanted 300.00 today, I seen she was giving me 50s. Told her I didn't like 50's could I have 100's and a 100 in 20s. She said no, they are running low on hundreds and started counting me out a bunch of 10s and 5s. I told her I didn't want that, never mind. I'd go somewhere else. She then got up and got my 3 100s. It's always something with them.

Terribel customer service i have never been to a more rude and unfreindly bank. These people do not care about there customers at all. They are lazy and just plain rude. Went in to process an auto loan sat for 30 minutes before a girl asked us to check in to get on a wait list to be seen by the one out of 2 loan people that where there. One of which wasnt doing ANYTHING but faking like he couldnt see us sitting there and jumped up like all the sudden he caught a look at the clock and it was 10 till and it was quitting time. The spirit caught hold of theis lazy dude and by george he wasnt lazy no more. Then asked u to come back another day. Well hell no we will get it elswhere i hate this bank and im closing all our accounts your welcome.
