We came to this bank because of the reviews we read and we were not disappointed. Caroline was a pleasure to work with. She really took the time to hear what our direction and need was and was happy to offer solutions. While we were there I smiled as the tellers and bankers were creating nearly everyone who walked in the door by name. This is what we were looking for with a bank relationship in Beaufort.

Thank you to the fantastic mortgage/loan department! Specifically, Bobby Askew, Kim Gentry, Renee Johnson, & Caroline Goodrich. We are retiring to Beaufort from Pennsylvania and the First Federal team worked with us to set up a construction loan for new construction and upon completion of the house, roll it into a 15 yr fixed rate mortgage at 1.99%!! All of this was accomplished while we were out of state. Terrific communication with us and great follow up with the builder. Thank you for the great service and the very competitive rates.

Great service the way banks used to be and very few still are. Special caring service by Debbie and Graham. They along with the teller staff make you feel at home and they appreciate your business. Very professional, prompt in returning telephone calls as well as simplifying things for you in a challenging world. I appreciate your name being called when you are there fir a particular need as well.
